Refund policy

All personalized agendas (including name printing, custom text, colors, or designs) are made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

❗ Exceptions (Eligible for Refund or Replacement)

We will replace or refund your order only if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• We made a personalization mistake (wrong name, spelling, or design error caused by us)
• You received the wrong item

To qualify, you must contact us within 3–7 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order (names, spelling, dates, etc.). We are not responsible for customer input errors.
